Job Summary

A company is looking for an IRT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee RTSM/IRT deployments for consistency and compliance across studies
• Manage vendor relationships, monitoring performance and driving improvements
• Lead project planning and execution for RTSM/IRT systems, including user requirement specifications and system lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Data/Information Science, or related discipline
• 5-8 years in clinical development with 3+ years in IRT/RTSM leadership
• Strong understanding of randomization methods and clinical supply strategies
• Familiarity with vendor management and industry best practices
• Experience with data integration and reconciliation across clinical systems
