IS Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Application Analyst to enhance, support, and maintain IT applications within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support of IT applications, including error management, testing, and troubleshooting
• Build, test, and assist with the implementation of scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure ongoing service and issue resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of experience in IT or healthcare operations; coursework or internship in healthcare/IT is acceptable
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• IT certifications may be required, with a focus on Epic certification if applicable
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and HIPAA policies and practices is essential
