Define and implement business process changes related to W-2 and related programs information systems
Ensure compliance with changes in program policies, federal reporting, financial reporting, and audits
Participate in business requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience leading work groups with diverse stakeholders
Experience with human services or workforce development programs
Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation
Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience providing technical support and documentation for system users
