IS Capture Manager

Job Summary

Bringing a current pipeline of opportunities, the full-time IS Capture Manager will work remotely to support the identification, qualification, shaping, and capture of new strategic federal opportunities while co-managing pursuits with the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize federal opportunities aligned to Division growth objectives
• Develop and execute capture strategies for federal pursuits from opportunity identification through award
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and support teaming agreements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of capture management, business development, and strategic growth experience
• Demonstrated success capturing deals in excess of $5M
• Existing relationships within the target customer base and partner community
• Experience leading complex pursuits across the acquisition lifecycle
• Strong understanding of federal procurement vehicles and proposal processes
