IS Community Connect Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple projects within the Community Connect program, the full-time remote IS Community Connect Product Owner/Program Manager will oversee project execution, ensure alignment with technical standards, and drive operational discipline while translating strategic goals into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution phases including planning, design, implementation, and closure while managing risks and stakeholder engagement
• Develop program dashboards and KPIs to ensure transparency and effective communication with executive stakeholders
• Facilitate vendor relationships and manage contract negotiations to align project deliverables with organizational needs

Required qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in healthcare IT or related fields, with at least 8 years in project leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or healthcare field or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of integrated healthcare systems and project management methodologies
• Significant experience in vendor management and project portfolio management
• Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
