IS Manager - Developer Experience
Job Summary
To enhance developer productivity and streamline engineering practices, the full-time remote IS Manager - Developer Experience will lead the development and maintenance of an internal developer platform, oversee engineering enablement initiatives, and manage a high-performing team of engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and continuously improve enterprise engineering practices and tooling to enhance developer experience
- Lead the strategy and operations of the Internal Developer Platform and Engineering Dojo, including developing training and enablement content
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams and developing technical talent
- Experience with modern developer toolchains and engineering standards
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and platform engineering concepts
