IS Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of technical analysts, the full-time Manager of I.S. Operations will supervise the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions to support organizational goals while working remotely with occasional onsite training in Kentucky or Indiana.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design of technical roadmaps and engineer solutions for project and operational needs
- Analyze reports and metrics to proactively reduce risks and troubleshoot incidents
- Supervise staff in the design, implementation, and support of technology solutions, while developing new processes and procedures
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with five years of experience in Information Systems, or nine years of experience without a degree
- Experience in a healthcare setting (desired)
- One year of management experience (desired)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library or industry-recognized technical certification (desired)
