IS Project Lead

Job Summary

Leading small projects and portions of larger initiatives, the full-time IS Project Lead will oversee hardware and software setup, provide support for issue resolution, and develop complex documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project components, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and effective support
• Design and develop documentation for products, maintaining an online knowledge base or document library
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff while acting as a team lead

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of applicable experience in project management or related roles
• Expert knowledge of software integration and technology tools
• Experience with process improvement and change management
• Ability to establish positive relationships with vendors, peers, and customers
