Job Summary

To lead innovative technology initiatives in pediatric healthcare, the full-time IS Project Manager II will manage complex projects from initiation through completion, collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams remotely to enhance patient care and caregiver experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and activities while facilitating cross-functional work teams
• Coordinate workflow analysis and improvement processes, enabling groups to identify areas for redesign
• Provide outstanding end-user support and ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Experience managing technology projects within a healthcare or academic medical center environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with various teams
