ISE Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing IT infrastructure, the contract ISE Engineer will implement and support NAC solutions using Cisco ISE while providing Tier 2/3 support for related issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support Network Access Control (NAC) solutions using Cisco ISE, including policy sets and endpoint profiling
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for NAC-related issues and participate in on-call rotations
• Maintain network authentication documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures, and architecture diagrams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco ISE (2.x / 3.x)
• Strong understanding of authentication and identity integration, including Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD
• Experience with PKI and EAP methods (PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-FAST)
• Familiarity with RADIUS/TACACS+ and change management processes
• Experience working in enterprise environments with strict change control
