ISO 9001 Certified QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA/QMS Lead to build and scale quality management capabilities across R&D and Cloud product operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System across R&D and Cloud operations
• Build and lead a QA function, hiring and developing team members as the program matures
• Establish QA automation strategy and infrastructure, integrating with Azure DevOps pipelines and .NET/C++ codebases

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Direct experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or similar QMS standards in a software development environment
• Strong hands-on skills in test automation for .NET applications, with experience in frameworks like MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, test plans, and release management
• Track record of improving release quality and reducing defect escape rates in complex software products
