Job Summary

A company is looking for an Issue Resolution Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, negotiate, and resolve workmanship warranty and liability damage issues involving network contractors
  • Monitor assignment activity and initiate investigations into reported issues, documenting findings in internal systems
  • Review and analyze contractor estimates and independent reports to determine resolution actions and compliance with contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, construction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience required
  • Experience in multi-line adjusting with a focus on property/liability and familiarity with construction methods
  • Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and understand insurance principles
  • Highly proficient in computer skills, particularly with XactAnalysis and Xactimate
