Job Summary
Supporting the claims process in a hybrid role, the full-time Issue Resolution Coordinator II will review and resolve claim issues, document actions accurately, and analyze discrepancies to ensure timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform complex investigations and resolutions of warranty and liability damage matters involving network contractors
- Initiate investigations of reported issues and maintain communication with clients, contractors, and insured parties to recommend resolution actions
- Review and analyze contractor repair estimates and independent reports to determine the best course of action
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, construction, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment
- Multi-line adjusting experience with emphasis on property/liability and familiarity with construction methods
- Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and insurance principles
- Advanced proficiency in XactAnalysis and Xactimate software
