Issue Resolution Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the Issue Resolution department, the full-time remote Supervisor, Issue Resolution will manage investigations related to workmanship warranties, liability damages, and contractor performance while coaching team members and ensuring effective resolutions for complex claims matters.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the investigation and resolution processes, providing leadership and support to the Issue Resolution Team
• Monitor team performance and quality metrics, facilitating employee development and conducting regular performance meetings
• Act as a subject matter expert on issue resolution processes and Xactimate, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role and six years in construction estimating or property adjusting
• Expert knowledge of contractual obligations and construction practices, including familiarity with residential and commercial projects
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills, with the ability to handle difficult issues under pressure
• Advanced understanding of Xactware and Symbility products and their applications in claims management
