Job Summary
Managing the full partner lifecycle, the full-time remote ISV Partner Account Manager will qualify and sign new technology partners, drive their integration and activation on the iManage platform, and oversee territory revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and sign new partners, managing the entire lifecycle from initial conversation to revenue generation
- Drive partners through technical and commercial milestones to achieve live integration and market activation
- Maintain an active territory forecast, running structured reviews to monitor partner activation and revenue contributions
Required qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in partner management, ISV business development, or technology alliances at an enterprise SaaS company
- Proven track record of managing technology partners through the full lifecycle, including commercial agreements and joint go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of partner economics, royalty models, and marketplace distribution
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure and close commercial partnership deals
- Technical comfort to engage with technical teams on integration and platform capabilities
