IT Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Account Manager to provide account and application support for various Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT account management support, acting as the single point of contact for accounts and managing various reporting and change requests
• Offer 24 x 7 on-call support for Severity 1 issues, ensuring timely response and resolution
• Manage IT project scope, schedule, and budget for complex business startups across multiple IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT management, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, accounting, or finance, or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years or more in account management or related experience
• Two (2) years or more experience in the automotive industry
• Two (2) years or more experience in logistics or supply chain preferred
• PMI certification preferred
