Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Connect IT Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects, managing timelines, costs, and stakeholder communication
  • Resolve complex issues independently and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5 years' experience in external customer support
  • Valid driver's license for work-related travel
  • Knowledge of healthcare organization information systems processes
  • Experience in managing priorities and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
