Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Connect IT Account Manager.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and UPH IT teams, ensuring effective communication and support
- Lead and coordinate projects, managing timelines, costs, and stakeholder communication
- Resolve complex issues independently and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5 years' experience in external customer support
- Valid driver's license for work-related travel
- Knowledge of healthcare organization information systems processes
- Experience in managing priorities and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
