IT Administrator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Administrator will manage secure configuration and lifecycle management of identity and access systems, oversee endpoint security, and support onboarding processes while collaborating with the help desk team to enhance service efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own secure configuration and lifecycle management of identity and access across various platforms
• Manage and secure endpoint devices through compliance baselines and automated deployment
• Continuously analyze ticket trends to build automation and self-service tools that preemptively resolve issues

Required qualifications

• Experience with macOS, Windows, Linux, Okta, GitHub, and Google G Suite
• Background in a fast-paced IT organization focused on security and automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash; knowledge of Node.js or Python is a plus
• Familiarity with small office networking products and Agile frameworks
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with strong problem-solving skills
