IT Administrator Security Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Administrator (Security Operations Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Identity & Access Management solutions and enforce compliance across Azure tenants
• Execute patch management cycles and maintain application security hygiene within Microsoft Entra ID
• Resolve IT support tickets and support internal IT audits for compliance with FedRAMP and CMMC standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Administrator or IT Operations role focused on secure environments
• Prior experience supporting a cybersecurity firm, SOC, or FedRAMP-compliant organization
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Azure AD
• Demonstrated understanding of Zero Trust architecture and security operations best practices
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to support federal contracting clients and systems
