Job Summary

IT Administrator with Security Compliance, responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and providing technical support in a hybrid remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hardware lifecycle, network infrastructure, and software installations for compliance and performance
• Monitor security threats, enforce access controls, and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
• Provide tiered user support, lead cybersecurity training, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security configurations
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Windows/Mac OS environments, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with EDR/MDR tools, vulnerability scanners, and log monitoring software
• Practical experience implementing NIST or CMMC frameworks
