IT Analyst 1

Job Summary

Providing remote assistance to dental team members, the full-time IT Analyst 1 will troubleshoot various IT systems, manage service desk tickets, and serve as a key point of contact for technical inquiries related to hardware, software, and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and provide effective technical support to users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while maintaining system documentation
• Implement and support Microsoft-related technologies and disaster recovery solutions

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting hardware systems over the phone
• Completion of an associate's degree in an IT-related field is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer networking
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
