IT Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Analyst to support employees, devices, and software in a remote setting within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users for technical issues
• Manage the IT support ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of employee requests
• Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting IT services
• Experience with MacOS and cloud-based technologies (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
• Ability to manage time and shift priorities effectively
• Experience in a medium-sized company (150-200 employees)
• Familiarity with IT documentation and inventory management systems
