IT Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a Federal agency client, the full-time remote IT Analyst will provide incident tracking and examination support in a fusion center-like environment, focusing on system disruption, compliance, and intrusion events under Regulation SCI.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in enterprise IT and network infrastructure concepts, providing technical knowledge and analysis
• Conduct intake and analysis of system disruptions and compliance events
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective incident management and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Engineering, Business/Econ, Information Security, or related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in a related field
• Familiarity with data center operations, network equipment, and virtualization technologies
• Strong teamwork ethic and customer-centric demeanor
• Knowledge of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) is preferred
