IT Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting IT procurement processes, the full-time remote IT Analyst will assist in managing technology goods and services while optimizing costs, compliance, and risk within the IT Business Operations team.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and oversee the entire IT procurement process from ideation to depreciation
• Develop and support analytics for IT procurement activities, focusing on cycle time, accuracy, and risk management
• Evaluate and improve procurement processes and master data to enhance efficiency and reduce financial variances

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visas
• 0-1 year of relevant experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role
• Experience with procurement processes
• Familiarity with SAP, Onbase, and Contract Lifecycle Management tools is preferred
