IT Analyst/Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Analyst/Programmer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) under the guidance of a principal software engineer
• Provide IT support for vended and custom applications, resolving complex issues and assisting with data security
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of system software and hardware configurations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Highly preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and document resolutions
• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
