Job Summary

Leading the company's enterprise technology strategy, the full-time remote IT and Cybersecurity Director will manage IT operations, cybersecurity initiatives, compliance programs, and AI enablement to enhance organizational efficiency and security.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the company's IT infrastructure and operations strategy, ensuring efficient and scalable technology systems
• Oversee the enterprise cybersecurity and risk management strategy, establishing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with security standards
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies across business functions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems
• 5+ years of leadership experience in technical, operational, or security organizations
• Proven track record in leading enterprise technology strategy and operational transformation initiatives
• Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management in a SaaS or technology environment
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL preferred
