IT and Cybersecurity Leader

Job Summary

To support a growing technology company, the full-time IT and Cybersecurity Leader will manage a team of IT support engineers while overseeing the design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of cybersecurity controls in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the IT Support Team, currently consisting of three members
• Design, develop, implement, operate, maintain, and monitor IT security controls
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register while coordinating the development of information security policies and standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity roles
• Experience in risk management, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
• Knowledge of information security frameworks and standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1)
