IT and Cybersecurity VP

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise IT and cybersecurity strategy, the full-time salaried VP of IT and Cybersecurity will manage technology reliability, security posture, and operational resilience while advising executive leadership on risk and investment priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT and Cyber teams, establishing goals and performance standards
• Define and implement the multi-year cybersecurity strategy and operational model
• Oversee IT service management processes and ensure stable operation of core business platforms

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in IT operations, cybersecurity, or related technology leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, preferably across internal and service provider teams
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and identity standards
• Working knowledge of modern security controls and incident response practices
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and executives
