Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technology infrastructure, including cloud services and networking
• Develop and execute a long-term IT roadmap to support organizational growth
• Oversee IT operational budget and establish service level agreements for end-user support

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, security, or information security leadership
• Strong background in managing and scaling cloud-based infrastructure
• Proven experience leading IT operations or end-user support teams
• Direct experience leading security programs in regulated environments
• Demonstrated experience with HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar frameworks
