Seeking a full-time IT & Security Manager, this remote position will manage internal systems, oversee security remediation, and build a self-serve infrastructure while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own core internal systems, including accounts, devices, and identity management
- Address and remediate known security gaps, focusing on access controls and data protection
- Design systems to minimize manual work and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Experience owning IT and security in a technical organization of 30 to 150 people
- Proficiency in terminal usage and basic coding for automation tasks
- Hands-on experience with security work driven by threat models
- Implemented core identity and device infrastructure, including MDM and SSO
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
