IT Application Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Application Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the support and enhancement of a purchased Salesforce application, focusing on maximizing standard features and configurations
• Manage the maintenance and support of existing systems and the implementation of new systems as prioritized by IT leadership
• Supervise application development team professionals, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• At least eight years of experience in applications design, development, and management
• Experience supporting or managing Salesforce applications, preferably in a healthcare IT environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams focused on configuration and process optimization
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with medical provider applications/data, is strongly preferred
