IT Application Development Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Application Development team in a full-time remote capacity, the IT Application Development Manager will oversee the design, development, and support of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Application Development team to deliver secure and high-quality enterprise applications
- Establish software engineering standards and oversee application architecture and solution design

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development or software engineering
- At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams in an enterprise setting
- Proven ability to lead the design and implementation of enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices
- Strong technical background with experience in providing architectural guidance and evaluating technical solutions
