IT Application Development Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote IT Application Development Manager who will manage all activities related to the strategy, configuration, enhancement, support, and governance of Salesforce-based application solutions for customer issue management and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration, support, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce-based applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and ensure platform stability
- Define, monitor, and report key operational metrics related to customer issue management and develop dashboards for visibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting or managing enterprise business applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading application development or Salesforce support teams
- Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce applications with a focus on configuration and process optimization
- Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or similar customer service platforms preferred
