IT Application Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely with a preference for California residents, the full-time IT Application Engineer will provide third-level technical support, administration, and maintenance for Microsoft 365 applications and lead special projects to ensure infrastructure reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver third-level technical support and maintenance for assigned applications, databases, and servers
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various Microsoft cloud technologies to support the organization's digital workspace
• Lead special projects related to application and infrastructure improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related technology field strongly preferred
• Two years of direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration and support, or four years without a degree
• Preferred certification in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint/Online, Dynamics 365, Power Automate, or (Power)BI platforms
