Job Summary

A company is looking for a Varicent ICM IT Application Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall resources and operations of IT services to meet client requirements
• Consult and support the implementation of new or changed services for enhanced business productivity
• Analyze service changes and communicate performance elements in accordance with SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT services and resources
• Knowledge of budget and forecast management
• Familiarity with compliance regulations such as Q, ISEC, and DP
• Ability to analyze service data quality and manage portfolios
• Experience in employee development planning and engagement
