IT Application Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Application Portfolio Management Analyst in Clinical Application Services Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the structure and accuracy of service line elements within ServiceNow
• Govern application requests and develop data steward processes for the application portfolio
• Support strategic analysis of the application portfolio, including lifecycle management and application rationalization

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or 2 years of relevant experience
• ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture/Application Portfolio Management knowledge
• Understanding of lifecycle management and ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM components
• ServiceNow and ITIL certifications
• 2 or more years in an application portfolio/services management role preferred
