Seeking an IT Application Support Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity, this role involves troubleshooting application issues, validating software releases, and supporting critical business systems primarily in a remote capacity after completing a month of onsite training in Birmingham, AL, with a scheduled shift from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM Central Time.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and support production applications during overnight operations
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve support tickets from the team's queue
- Document findings, resolutions, and support activities while collaborating with application support teams and developers
Required qualifications:
- Experience supporting applications in a production or IT support environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working a permanent overnight shift
- Ability to attend onsite training in Birmingham, Alabama for approximately one month
