IT Application Support Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Application Support Specialist to join their team, focusing on parcel rating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze carrier rating and data, and perform custom analysis and quality assurance
- Automate and optimize system processes, including rating routines and data flow
- Manage technical setup for client implementations and ensure system health through monitoring
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SQL, SSMS, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with ETL, data import/export, and data analysis
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools
