IT Application Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst-Tester to support IT applications for Foster Care and Adoption programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts while performing various types of testing for applications
• Collaborate with business analysts to clarify user requirements and participate in design discussions
• Support scheduled releases, conduct regression testing, and recommend improvements to testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and structured testing methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Ability to write or refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams
• Knowledge of DCBS policies or the TWIST application is a plus
