Job Summary

Analyzing application requirements and designing solutions, the full-time IT Applications Analyst will work remotely to improve system functionality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide end-user support in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze application requirements and design solutions to improve system functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and test software applications
• Troubleshoot application issues to maintain optimal system performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Three (3) or more years of experience with IT applications analysis, implementation, and support
• Experience with software implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
• Experience coordinating with vendors on software updates and deployments
• Knowledge of application security and compliance requirements
