IT Applications Specialist III

Job Summary

Supporting and enhancing enterprise-level HR applications, the full-time IT Applications Specialist III - HRIS will manage system installations, configurations, and provide Tier II support while collaborating with technical teams and business users in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support enterprise-level applications in development and testing environments
• Provide Tier II support, troubleshooting system performance, user issues, and transaction errors
• Lead and support day-to-day activities of the application support team and assist with IT project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in application support, systems integration, and system administration
• Experience supporting business-related and enterprise-level systems (Tier II support)
• Strong understanding of relational databases and system architecture, including SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS
• Experience with Active Directory and light programming/scripting (PowerShell, VB, T-SQL, etc.)
