IT Applications Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing and supervising the Applications and Data unit, the full-time Applications & Data Supervisor will manage IT application development efforts, direct project budgets, and ensure optimal service delivery while allowing for hybrid work flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and direct the activities of state employees and consultants within the Applications and Data unit
• Oversee cost estimates and project budgets, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Provide task-oriented leadership to enhance service delivery to the agency and its partners

Required qualifications

• Experience leading an IT application development team for an organization of 100 employees or more
• Experience participating in or leading IT projects, including managing project budgets and work plans
• Experience developing and maintaining IT application development standards and guidelines
• Experience supervising expert-level IT professionals, including performance evaluation and staff management
• Experience engaging with customers/stakeholders to provide IT solutions
