Job Summary

IT Architect, responsible for leading a development team in delivering innovative features for a remote, full-time position while ensuring technical excellence and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing team culture
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure code quality
• Provide technical expertise for production issues and facilitate cross-team communication

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven leadership capabilities
• 3+ years of experience with warehouse management systems or similar industrial systems
• Proficiency in Java and the JVM ecosystem
• Strong database design, optimization, and performance tuning experience
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices
