Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Asset Administrator to support the Corporate CIO Services, IT Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities

Support enterprise licensing products, agreements, and compliance initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies
Analyze licensing consumption and manage software vendor portals as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise software licensing or compliance
Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex contractual language
Ability to collaborate with IT, procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles is preferred
