Job Summary

Supporting enterprise software licensing and compliance, the full-time IT Asset Administrator will manage licensing products and agreements, analyze usage against entitlements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise licensing products, structures, and agreements
• Analyze licensing consumption and reconcile usage against entitlements
• Ensure compliance with licensing terms and contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree program at an accredited college/university
• At least a high school diploma with 1+ years of experience in enterprise software licensing or compliance
• US citizenship required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret contractual language
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders
