IT Asset Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting software licensing and IT procurement activities, the contract-to-hire IT Asset & Licensing Consultant will manage license inventories, route procurement requests, and collaborate with IT leadership, working remotely while being local to Montr al for occasional meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Support software license inventory and track license expirations in the SAM tool
• Route IT procurement requests to appropriate support teams and monitor ticket lifecycle
• Prepare procurement documentation and enforce IT procurement policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT asset management or procurement
• Experience with procurement/purchasing systems and knowledge of the Windows 365 environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM/SAM/HAM or Dynamics AX is a plus
