IT Asset Management Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Asset Management Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain dashboards and recurring reports for software asset management and ITAM workflows
- Monitor software renewals and new purchases while interacting with vendors for licensing support
- Process user software requests and create custom reports using Excel and other data tools
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of software asset management experience
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivots and comparative reports
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft user products and services within O365 and M365
- Associates degree in an IT technical or relevant field or equivalent certifications
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, Intune, and ITSM systems
