IT Asset Management Administrator

Job Summary

Managing daily operations of the IT asset management program, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Administrator will ensure accurate tracking, maintenance, and compliance of hardware assets to support clinical operations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, transfers, and retirement
• Maintain accurate asset records within ITAM systems and support audits and compliance checks
• Coordinate with technical teams to reconcile asset inventories and generate operational reports

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role
• Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar platforms
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and asset tracking practices
• Basic understanding of compliance and financial tracking requirements related to IT assets
