IT Asset Management Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for the daily administration of the IT asset management program, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Administrator will manage the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance to support clinical operations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement activities
• Maintain accurate asset records within ITAM systems, ensuring data completeness and correctness
• Support IT asset audits and compliance checks to meet internal policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role
• Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar platforms
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and asset tracking practices
• Basic understanding of compliance and financial tracking requirements related to IT assets
