IT Asset Management Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for the daily administration of the IT asset management program, the full-time remote IT Asset Management Administrator will manage the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and effective utilization to support healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and retirement activities
• Maintain accurate asset records in ITAM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies
• Support audits and reporting activities to meet regulatory requirements and assist in tracking asset utilization and depreciation

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations role in a mid-to-large enterprise
• Working knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, or similar platforms
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and inventory control practices
• Basic understanding of compliance, audit, and financial tracking requirements related to IT assets
